This is an intense but addictive Fitness program
designed to challenge your team of colleagues twice a week for 6 weeks to help
kick start your Corporate Teams' year with an explosive, healthy and positive
routine.

2. WHAT TIME ARE THE SESSIONS?
There are currently 7 options that you can choose
to book your group in for:
Morning's (Dawn Shock):
Mon & Wed - 6am to 7am or 8am to 9am
Tues & Thurs - 7am to 8am or 8am to 9am
Lunchtime's (Lunchtime Madness):
Mon & Wed - 12pm to 1pm or 1:15pm to 2:15pm
Tues & Thurs – 1:15pm to 2:15pm
3. WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS HELD?

4. HOW TO GET STARTED?
- Send an email to johnpapalii@greymansolutions.com regarding your intention to book your Corporate Group for the 6 Week 'Corp-Fit' Challenge (Note: A minimum of 5 spots must be booked to qualify your group, please refer to No.7);
- We will then send you the 'Group Joining Form' and Payment options for your group;
- Pick your preferred training days/times as mentioned above in Question 2;
- You are now ready to take on the 6 week Challenge.
5. WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO YOU
NEED TO BE?
Our Training
Program is so well designed that we can take all levels of fitness and make
things happen for each group member; as using our drills and training
strategies we are able to fuse all levels of fitness in the same session.
Everyone is
able to work-out to their level of fitness no matter which end of the fitness
scale, as each and every group member will feel the push!
Our training
program teaches the value of support as well as identifying Strengths &
Weaknesses of each individual whilst under a stress situation. This strategic
approach and the skills learned can easily be transferred to the work
environment to reap the benefits there as well.
6. WHAT
TYPES OF TRAINING CAN YOU EXPECT TO EXPERIENCE?
1. Boxing Circuits
This is great program that is a combination of boxing and circuit training; fusing multiple fitness components into one.
2. Circuit Training (Individuals, Pairs, Trio's & Whole Group)
We offer circuit training with a difference - encouraging physical activity and the ability to work with a set number of people. The dynamics are different every time - great for team building!
3. Body weight and strength exercises
You will learn to build your strength by applying our strategies and tips to achieve and carry out various body weight exercises.
4. Running (Hills, Aerobic, Intervals, Speed work)
Not everyone is a fan of running, but with us not only can we make it interesting; we will make it achievable and unbelievably fun – honestly!
